An independent press for speculative fiction.

per·i·lune /ˈpɛrɪluːn/ noun

The point in a lunar orbit at which a spacecraft is nearest to the Moon — the closest approach, the moment of greatest pull.

Perilune Press is a small, independent publisher devoted to speculative fiction — the kind of stories that use the impossible to say something true. We publish deliberately and care about every book we put into the world.

Independent

No committees, no house style to dilute a voice. Every title is chosen and shaped with intention.

Author-first

A home for writers working under their own names and their pen names — with the craft and the person always at the center.

Speculative at heart

Science fiction and its neighbors: stories that hold a mirror to the present by imagining what lies just beyond it.
